During a thigh lift, excess skin and sometimes fat are reduced to achieve definition and provide a more natural contour to the thighs. In cases where fat is removed, liposuction may be used, depending on the individual. Incision patterns will depend on the amount of correction needed, as well as your individual condition and goals.
Dr. Stephens will carefully make incisions in the most discreet places possible to minimize visible scarring. After thigh lift surgery, your skin will be tighter and your thigh muscles will be more toned for an improved appearance.
