Cancellation Policy

  • In order to be respectful of our staff and other patients, we are requesting a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations.
  • Repeat 24-hour cancellations and "no shows" may result in pre-payment requirements for rebooking. 
  • If an appointment results in consecutive cancellations/reschedules, a minimum charge of $25 will be required and collected as a pre-payment for the next appointment, starting after the 2nd cancellation/reschedule.
  • If an appointment is missed without any communication (deemed a “no show”), a minimum charge of $25 will be required and collected as a pre-payment prior to re-booking any future appointments; to be charged at the provider’s discretion.
  • Fees collected due to the above stated policy may change at any time and are circumstantial (fees may increase given continued cancellations or if longer appointment times are booked).
  • If a fee is collected, this will be used at the next scheduled office visit and applied towards your service. However, if this rescheduled appointment again results in a cancellation/reschedule, you will lose your minimum $25 deposit and another charge of $25 will be required and collected as a pre-payment for your next appointment.
